Directions from the Master

I read this along with "Your Hands Can Heal You", by Stephen Co. Both books together provided the insights, and instruction I needed to
direct my path of self healing. Stephen Co was a student of Choa Kok Sui and took the principals he learned and put them into his book in an easy to read, detailed, step by step format. However, this book is from the originator, and extremely valuable as well.

Very informative book

Chuck full of good information although the descriptions and explanations of how to do the techniques are sometimes vague or difficult to duplicate. Perhaps I'm not good enough for this practice but I suspect that it requires tutelage by a trained or expert practitioner, which I can try to pursue on my own.
